The story of the Lavreniuk family

Ms. Larysa met us. A large house stood on this plot a year ago, and now there are only a few piles of bricks.
The Lavreniuk family left home on March 6. They lived next to the golf club, where at that time russian troops were already stationed, and from the other side, Ukrainian troops were already visible, protecting land from the occupiers. Mrs. Larysa felt that the house might not survive. But when they left, she believed in the best, because her whole life was spent in this house.

It was built by the parents of Ms. Larisa and her older sister. Before the full-scale invasion, it was the nest of a large family of six people: Mrs. Larisa and her husband, her older sister, and her daughter with two children.
Mrs. Larysa worked as a chief accountant at a sewing factory, which also burned down. Her husband is already retired, he used to operate cranes. Their daughter works as a sales manager and raises two children — a 13-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter.
The family had a large library in the house. They loved to read so much in the evenings, and now there are no books left.
Mrs. Larysa said that she tried all her life to ensure that there were good conditions first for her children, and then for her grandchildren. A few years before, she planned a major renovation and took out a loan. The house became comfy and nice, the family managed to enjoy it a little, and now Mrs. Larisa is still paying out the loan for repair which is all gone.

There is a new gazebo in the yard. It was built so that there would be somewhere to change clothes and sit when they come to work in the garden.
The family is looking for some ways of additional income, because life needs to be started from scratch, and they can’t build much on a few pensions and one salary of her daughter. In the spring, they will plant the vegetable garden again. They have to live on.
Thanks to the contribution from OLX Ukraine, we have installed a 6-module NEST-house for the big Lavreniuk family
