Ukrainian unicorn Restream donated to prefabricated houses for two big families

Great news to share! Thanks to the generous donation of Restream, the NEST initiative set up a prefabricated house for the Kostiuchenko and Herasymenko families. The first house has 6 modules which include equipped bathroom, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms. The second one has 4 modules which also include a bathroom, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms for parents and kids.
Oleksii Kostiuchenko, his wife, and their son used to live at their kid’s godparents’ house, who planned to return home in March. Since the future of the Kostiuchenko family was unknown we strived to install the prefabricated house as soon as possible.

Oleksii shared that in the spring they will be provided with a greenhouse. The family is excited to start growing various early and late-season vegetables. We hope that they will feel calm in the new house. Read the full story of the Kostiuchenko family by the link.

In May 2022, Oksana with her daughters returned to Makariv, even though they had nowhere to. Her heart was pulling back home to her loved ones, community, and work. For almost a year, all four of the family lived in one room in the aunt’s house.
Now the family can live on their own land while rebuilding their family nest. The girls immediately fell in love with their new room and decided that the older Solomiia will sleep on the top bunk bed. Explore the whole story of this family via the link.
