Four generations of Larysa’s family lived in the house built by her grandparents. Two children grew up here: a 32-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter who studies abroad.

Larysa, a nurse by education and an entrepreneur by vocation, opened her own flower shop and nurtured every plant with care. The business brought in income, but after the full-scale invasion, selling flowers became impossible.

Until the end of March, Larysa and her son stayed in Makariv, helping people, and evacuating beloved rabbits and abandoned puppies from the occupied town.

When all the neighbors on the street had left, the family had to be evacuated, first to Khmelnytskyi and then Larysa left for abroad. In the last days of March, the family learned that their house had been destroyed by an enemy shell.

The family wants to return home, to their plot of land, and dreams of continuing to work in their own shop, which has become a family business.
